Lot is depicted seated in the centre of the image. To his right one of his daughters is shown embracing him while looking out of the image over her shoulder at the viewer. The other daughter stands above them and pours her father wine from a jug into a dish.

The upper half of the image shows Sodom in flames as well as Lot's wife who was transformed into a pillar of salt.
