Description:
The Virgin looks down at the infant Christ, who she holds in her arms. Her curly hair falls over her shoulders down her back and is covered with a transparent veil over her head. The child looks at his mother while offering her an apple. The figures are depicted in an opulent landscape with water, architecture and rocks integrated in a varied vegetation. [Görres, cda 2014]
