Recto:

St Anna as a full-length figure in a landscape, holding the Christ child. The Virgin stands in front of her and is represented as a young girl stetching out her arms to receive the child from her mother.

Verso:

The reverse is badly damaged. At the bottom it is possible

Verso:

The reverse is badly damaged. At the bottom it is possible to make out the sinners in purgatory being saved by an angel dressed in white. Above this is the Virgin enthroned, baring her right breast, is surrounded by a cloud with angels' heads.
