He wears a black doublet, and the sleeves and the collar of a pleated white shirt are visible; over this he wears a fur coat with a high collar. A long gold chain with a pendant is wrapped five times around his neck. The sitter holds a black hat decorated with a feather and jewellery in his left hand. His right hand is confidently positioned on his side. A sword with a silver decorated hilt and blade is visible hanging from his belt. The family coat-of-arms is located in the top right corner.
