The panel shows a woman against a neutral dark blue backdrop in three-quarter profile, facing to her left. She is wearing a finely pleated high necked white blouse under a black dress, which is set off by a rather bold red fur-trimmed ’goller’. Her outfit is completed by a white

The panel shows a woman against a neutral dark blue backdrop in three-quarter profile, facing to her left. She is wearing a finely pleated high necked white blouse under a black dress, which is set off by a rather bold red fur-trimmed ’goller’. Her outfit is completed by a white bonnet, a red and gold decorative belt fastened high above the waist, as well as a long chain with heart-shaped links and a crucifix adoring her neck. She has placed her open prayerbook on the stone ledge that separates her from the viewer.
