The sheet shows the coat of arms against the same blue background. The shield is divided into a red and a silver field, the helm, which is inclined to the right, is decorated with two maces, the mantling of the helmet is red and silver.
The composition is framed by a boarder gilded with gold leaf, which also encompasses a text field beneath the coat of arms.
