The panel shows the portrait of a woman wearing a white bonnet in three-quarter profile against a blue background. She is facing to her right with her arms loosely folded in front of her. Her dress consists of a long-sleeved green top, laced around the waist, and embellished with a triple-rowed gold border, decorative slits at the elbows and a striped bodice. A finely pleated white blouse with a diamond-shaped decorative border framing the neckline is visible beneath. In addition the sitter is wearing a white apron over her green skirt and two necklaces complete her decorative accessories: one is more compact and made of pearls, while the other is more massive gold link chain.
