The Goddess of Love and beauty is shown standing in front of a backdrop of bushes that opens out to the right to reveal a mountainous landscape. She conceals herself with a transparent veil, which she holds in both hands. In addition she is wearing a band around her neck and her hair is pinned up beneath a bonnet over which she wears a beret.

Cupid stands to her left and looks up at her seeking help. Bees still buzz around his head and he holds the honeycomb in his hands.
